Service Description
Choose an exterior, interior or a complete detail for your 2-row vehicle. Interior Detail Includes: Thorough vacuum of carpets, seats, and mats Clean, wipe & dust all interior surfaces Pressure washing of all-weather mats Leather seat cleaning and conditioning/fabric seats cleaned Door jambs cleaned Windows & mirrors cleaned Exterior Detail Includes: Foam soap pre‑rinse hand wash + detailing brush Door jambs cleaned Wheels cleaned Tire shine Rain X application Complete Detail includes both interior and exterior services. Monthly, biweekly, and weekly care plans are available to keep your car looking and feeling its best year-round.
Service Policy
Initial Reset Detail: Some vehicles opted in for monthly care plans may require an initial reset detail on its first service if the interior is heavily soiled or neglected. If a reset detail is needed, the amount paid for that first visit will be credited toward the full detail cost. Access Requirements: The vehicle must be unlocked or accessible for cleaning. If the vehicle is parked in a gated or restricted area, the customer must provide access instructions in advance. Water Access A working outdoor spigot must be available within 50 feet of the vehicle for all exterior services. If water isn’t accessible, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Power Access A standard household outlet within 50 feet of the vehicle is required for all services so we can safely operate essential equipment. If power isn’t available, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may result in the loss of that month’s service. Repeated missed appointments may lead to suspension of subscription benefits. Weather Policy: Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to heavy rain, snow, extreme cold, or unsafe working conditions. If weather prevents service, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Subscription Terms: Subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. Unused services do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise stated in your plan. Subscription benefits apply only to the vehicle(s) registered under the plan. Vehicle Condition: Excessive dirt, mud, sap, or other heavy contamination may require an upgraded service or additional fee. If the vehicle is not in a safe or serviceable condition, the appointment may be declined. Location Requirements: The service location must be safe, legal, and provide enough space to work around the vehicle. Driveways, parking lots, and street parking (where permitted) are acceptable. Payment: Subscription payments are processed automatically each billing cycle. Any add‑on services or upgrades must be paid at the time of booking or service.
